There are three ways to set up a company in Estonia:

  1. By travelling to Estonia in person. When choosing this option, the client should be aware that we need to know about his arrival in Estonia about two weeks before your arrival in order to reserve time with the notary for the transaction. The company registration process will take one to one and a half hours, and after that the company will appear at the registry within 2-7 working days, depending on the workload of the Commercial Registry. We don't offer this method of registration now and probably won't offer it in the future either.

  2. By Power of Attorney. To set up a company by POA, the client will need to send a notarised and apostilled power of attorney to our consultant stating that he has the authority to represent the company establishment procedure. The length of this process depends on how quickly the power of attorney is obtained. We don't currently offer this method of registration and are unlikely to do so in the future.

  3. Using an e-residency ID card. If the client already has the e-residency card, the company can be opened immediately. The process takes from half an hour to an hour. The company will be registered the next day.
